My eyes have seen what my
soul never wanted to see.
My lips have spoken words that my soul never wanted to
say.
My ears have heard things my soul never wanted to hear.
My hands have done things my soul never wanted to do.
I sit and reflect on the
past;
a time when it seemed demons haunted every corner of my
mind.
As human beings, we are all sinners.
We all have things in our past that torment us at times.
I always felt guilty for the terrible things I had said
and done.
The wonderful thing is that
God sent His Son to carry our sins.
Jesus' blood washed them all away.
Every last one.

I can remember times when I
held my sick child and prayed that
God would do something to help.
Or prayed that a family member would arrive to their
destination safely. These things seem so petty when you
compare
them to our Savior suffering on that wooden cross for
hours with
nails driven through his hands and feet.
He MUST have loved us SO MUCH!
It is true....I am weak and He is strong.
There were two other men on
crosses beside Him that day.
One was a thief and one a murderer.
One of the men asked the Lord to remember him and Jesus
told him,
"Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me
in paradise."
In Luke chapter 7, Jesus
encountered a woman who was a sinner.
She began to annoint his feet and Simon thought it was
innapropriate.
Jesus said to him, "Wherefore I say unto thee, her
sins, which are many,
are forgiven; for she loved much:
but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth
little."
She annointed his feet with her tears...heartfelt
repentance.

Always keep love in your heart.

He gave us the gift of
eternal life in His Kingdom.
Asking nothing in return except for us to trust Him and
love Him as our Savior.
GOD IS the light of the world....
The mighty lighthouse in the storm....
The ROCK that I have grabbed onto many times...
The One who loves us and wants us to share his paradise
in
Heaven when we leave this awful place.
What a joyous time it will be to be reunited with our
Savior!
I used to think money,
popularity, social status, etc. were the
things you had to have to be "somebody" in this
life.
But what truly matters is the life AFTER we leave here.
The life that we will live eternally.
And it is up to us to form that wonderful relationship
with
our Lord so that we can spend eternity with Him.
He makes the choice so simple....
Love Him, have faith in Him,
LIVE for Him.
